Talley's Folly
by Lanford Wilson
… Winner of the 1980 Pulitzer Prize
February 19 – March 21 (At the Black Bart Playhouse)
From the New York Times review : “a tenderhearted play, written… as a waltz that unites an unlikely pair.”…if there is one living playwright whose rebel voice, at once expansive and compassionate, rates being called America's own, it is Mr. Wilson's.

A Midsummer Night’s Dream
by William Shakespeare
Directed by Misty Day
June 25 – July 17
(Under the Stars in the beautiful amphitheatre at Albeno Munari Vineyard and Winery - formerly Stevenot)![]()
From the New York Times: “[A Midsummer Night’s Dream] is a celebration of life and fancy, of man and his imagination, his fate, and the brevity of his brief candle in the light of the world. Shakespeare gave us "the lunatic, the lover and the poet…"
One of Shakespeare’s best-loved comedies, Midsummer provides us with a magical romp through the forest where enemies fall in love, an actor becomes an ass (literally), and the fairy kingdom battles over a Changeling Child. In the end, the fairy kingdom finds peace, the actors perform their play, and the lovers find happiness in a triple wedding ceremony. And the fairy Puck leads the whole parade in mischief and merriment!
