SUMMER ON STAGE:
The Mirror Project

Performance Dates:

  • Saturday, July 11 at 2:00 PM

  • Sunday, July 12 at 2:00 PM

Witness the next generation of theatre artists take the stage!

The wait is over, and our Summer on Stage Mirror Project students are ready to share their hard work with you! Join us for a special performance of Henry V, presented by the talented young artists of our Mirror Project.

Over the course of the program, these students have explored Shakespeare through acting, movement, voice, and collaboration, building confidence and bringing one of the Bard's greatest stories to life. Now it's their turn to take center stage and share what they've created with their families, friends, and our community.

Admission: Pay-What-You-Can (or Pay-It-Forward to help support youth arts education at MCT).

Come cheer them on, celebrate their achievements, and experience the creativity, courage, and joy these young performers bring to the stage. Help us fill the theatre and show these rising artists just how proud their community is!

ABOUT SUMMER ON STAGE:
THE MIRROR PROJECT

The Mirror Project is Murphys Creek Theatre's signature youth mentorship program for students ages 9–17. Participants train alongside the professional cast of Henry V, studying acting, voice, movement, and storytelling while rehearsing with working theatre artists.

Each student is paired with the professional actor playing the same role before taking the stage to perform their own "mirrored" production of Henry V. Open to beginners and experienced performers alike, the program offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to learn, grow, and perform in a supportive, professional theatre environment.
